Building World Class Partnering Programmes

Associated Ideas Ltd provides three courses that are designed to build awareness of the steps, issues, processes and skills required to develop and sustain a successful partnering programme. Partnering Awareness Partnering Processes Partnering People The courses are fully interactive, using a range of learning material, tools and facilitation techniques.  Lessons learned from established partnering programmes are a key feature, and course style will enable delegates to profit from each other’s experiences in addition to case study material.  To maximise benefit for delegates, the courses are limited to 12.

Each course is held over 2 days and is residential, with accommodation and all meals included.  Distinguished external speakers and an evening seminar add to the learning experience.  However, Partnering Awareness can also be provided as a one day familiarisation workshop for those with limited partnering experience.

All courses are fully compliant with BSI PAS 11000, Collaborative Business Relationships, and the NAO ‘Gold Standard’ for Effective Project Control.
