The Relationship Development Cycle

Given the broad cultural and structural differences that will almost inevitably exist between potential partners, the two parties need to work together to create the right partnering culture, attitudes and behaviours.  The ENRICH© model covers the elements of a relationships building cycle for continuous improvement.  Not only must relationships development form part of the commitments and targets in any effective partnering arrangement or agreement (the COMMIT© model), but also it must be closely linked with business process and organisational change (the EVOLVE© model), working in parallel to ensure success of the overall change programme.
