Our full time management team consists of two highly qualified consultants, Roger Powell, who specialises in the development of Partnering Strategy and Objectives, and Kerry Northcott, a behavioural specialist.
Roger is a senior consultant specialising in the development of partnering strategy and objectives and in change management. He has business experience in the Royal Navy and Ministry of Defence (MOD), working closely with Defence Industry. Roger is a Chartered Engineer, Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society and is certified in personal performance coaching. His previous experience includes:
- 25 years in the Royal Navy, mostly within the helicopter environment, retiring in the rank of Captain after holding a number of senior positions in the MOD;
| - as the Sea King IPT Leader, instrumental in establishing the first Rotary Wing platform-based long-term partnering arrangement for in-service support, known as Sea King Integrated Operational Support (SKIOS);
| - independent leader of the joint MOD/AgustaWestland partnering team, developing the first Strategic Partnering Arrangement under the Defence Industrial Strategy, which was signed in June 2006, together with an associated Business Transformation Programme.

Kerry is a Behavioural Consultant, specialising in partnering relationships, team dynamics, personality profiling and performance coaching. She has business experience in Human Resources, employee relations, organisational design, psychology and change management. Qualified in psychometric testing, Kerry has gained distinction as an administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and is also certified in personal performance coaching. Kerry’s experience includes: - six years studying and working in the United States, gaining an international perspective on corporate change;
| - working within the Ministry of Defence, supporting partnering development and change management in a Rotary Wing Integrated Project Team;
| - independent leadership of the Relationship Development workstream within the joint Government/ AgustaWestland partnering team, co-ordinating activities, developing plans, facilitating workshops and delivering personal performance coaching for members of both organisations.
