Our overall approach uses three powerful models that will help you to develop a high performing partnering programme: COMMIT© (partnering arrangement model), EVOLVE© (business transformation model) and ENRICH© (relationship development model). These are based on the proven need for parallel processes that will concurrently develop the overall partnering approach, placing it in a clear business context.
We believe that our strengths lie in EXPERIENCE and INDEPENDENCE, and hence we will pull no punches in assessing the commitment and readiness of all parties, offering an honest and truly independent perspective. We recognise that organisations, processes and readiness for change are different in every case. Therefore we favour a phased approach that offers our clients flexibility within a defined programme structure. Phase 1: Introduction In this phase we make two or three visits to introduce ourselves, understand our client’s needs and scope out a proposed approach to meeting their requirements. This phase is conducted free of charge. Phase 2: AssessmentIn this phase we make a more detailed assessment of our client’s objectives and of the maturity of the parties involved to move into or further build a partnering relationship. This normally involves independent engagement with stakeholders in the form of structured interviews and focus groups. If required, we facilitate an initial workshop to scope out vision and objectives, create commitment and build understanding of the need to develop relationships and align perspectives. This phase culminates in the presentation of a formal report on the results of the assessment, programme recommendations and, if required, a proposal for further support. Depending on programme needs, this phase requires between 10 and 20 chargeable working days. Phase 3: Independent SupportIn this phase we provide packages of targeted support to enable you to develop and COMMIT to an effective partnering arrangement, EVOLVE your business to deliver partnering objectives and benefits, and ENRICH your relationships and behaviours to build a strong partnering culture. This will result in a set of clear partnering milestones. The number of chargeable days in this phase can be managed through the development of discrete packages of work tailored to the client’s requirements. |
